At long last, the story of Samantha and Jason’s wedding day has arrived. 

We’ve been waiting with bated breath ever since we shared the exuberant couple’s engagement session in the Sandia Mountains — complete with furry companions, a blanket of snow, and cozy kisses beneath the trees. 

And then, just like that, it was the morning of their wedding day! 

Born and raised in New Mexico, these desert-dwelling lovebirds began their new life together at the historic Castaneda Hotel. 

Just as we predicted, Samantha and Jason’s wedding day was overflowing with joy, personality, and giddy laughter. So, without further ado, let’s relive it and soak in some of the everlasting love our team had the honor of capturing on film and photo!

Rich plums, delicate lilacs, and hints of sparkle covered every corner of Samantha and Jason’s special day. After first dressing and prepping surrounded by their closest friends and loved ones, the beautiful couple met in the stairway to sneak a pre-ceremony smooch. 

Except, it wasn’t actually sneaky, as the couple’s families watched, cheering, from the second floor. Jason’s passionate reaction was a tear-jerker for all who witnessed — including us!

The couple, already dizzy with love, then shared their vows with giggles all throughout the ceremony like the childhood sweethearts they are. 

Carrying the ceremony’s elation through to the reception, the decor of Samantha and Jason’s afterparty told the story of their love through personal touches and aesthetic details. Photos from the couple’s respective childhoods adorned each table, and their furry friends made a reappearance in more ways than one!

Ruby and Tucker, the sweetest pups in the world, were featured with their signature cocktails, on drink stirrers, and mini figurines atop the cake.
